Paul joins Pearl after spending 17 years in various communications leadership positions at NYC Transit and the NYS Metropolitan Transportation Authority. A dynamic and performance-driven corporate communications professional, Paul was instrumental in leading the switchover to the digitization of customer information in the NYC Subway environment.
